Watson and Bass Endorse Armenta

Culver City Clerk Christopher Armenta, a candidate for City Council in April’s election, has received an unprecedented amount of support from current and former elected officials early in the campaign season. Congresswoman Diane Watson, Assemblywoman Karen Bass, and Board of Equalization Vice Chair Judy Chu, all Culver City representatives at the state and national level, are strong supporters.

In addition, Chris has received numerous endorsements from Culver City leaders including City Councilmember Gary Silbiger, School Board members Saundra Davis and Stew Bubar, former City Councilmembers Jim Boulgarides and Richard Brundo, and former School Board member Barbara Honig.

“I’m proud to be an early supporter of Chris’s campaign given his strong record of accomplishments as City Clerk and his dedication to working with the community to make our city a better place to live and work,” said School Board member Saundra Davis. “This long list of supporters representing nearly every level of government shows the trust and respect that Chris has earned from his fellow elected officials.”
